  • Rinse thoroughly after cleaning to remove soap or bleach residue
  • Vacuum or brush off dust and dirt regularly
  • Rotate cushion covers to minimise wear and fading
  • Wash cushion covers periodically to prevent mildew or mould
  • All cushion covers are removable and machine washable
  • Always allow covers to air dry completely
  • Store cushions in a weather-protected area when not in use
  • Do not use a pressure washer, as this may force moisture into
the fabric and cause mould or mildew

Protect and maintain your table tops with these simple practices:

  • Use heat-resistant place mats to protect table tops from direct heat.
  • Use heat-resistant placemats to protect surfaces from direct heat
  • Wipe daily with a soft cloth and mild household cleaner
  • Avoid abrasive materials or solvent based cleaning products
  • For stubborn dirt, use mild dishwashing liquid and warm water
  • Rinse thoroughly after cleaning

Proper use of covers helps protect your furniture:

  • Any residual moisture in the furniture (eg. humidity, cleaning, rain shower etc) must be allowed to completely dry off before the covers are placed on the furniture.
  • Ensure furniture is completely dry before putting covers on
  • Trapped moisture may cause mould or mildew
  • In humid conditions, remove covers occasionally to allow furniture to air out
  • Clean covers regularly to remove leaves, bird droppings and dirt
  • Keeping covers clean helps extend the life of the fabric

To maintain the natural beauty of your timber furniture and ensure your guarantee remains valid, please follow these steps:

1. First Month

  • Apply at least two coats of Woodoc weatherproof wax or oil

2. Ongoing Care

  • Reapply monthly or every 2 months, depending on exposure
  • Reapply whenever the timber appears dry or begins to change colour
  • In colder conditions, a white residue may appear. Gently warm the container until clear before use

3. Cleaning

  • Wipe with a damp cloth for general cleaning
  • For best results, use the wax or oil to clean and protect at the same time

4. Important Notes

  • The oil will not peel or alter the natural colour of the timber
  • If applied incorrectly and a varnish like layer forms, light sanding may be required

To keep your pool pillows in good condition:

  • Spot clean using warm soapy water
  • Covers can be removed and machine-washed on a cold, gentle cycle
  • Always allow covers to air dry completely
  • Do not leave pillows in the pool for extended periods
  • Prolonged exposure to chlorine may cause the fabric to fade
  • Store pillows away from the pool when not in use
