This limited warranty protects the original purchaser from fabric becoming unserviceable due to colour or strength loss from normal usage and exposure to sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals. Terms and conditions
Please retain your sales invoice to ensure a smooth warranty claim process. The warranty covers the replacement of fabric only and does not include labour or installation.
Aluminium and stainless steel
Our aluminium and stainless steel products have a 3-year guarantee against oxidation, safeguarding your investment and ensuring your furniture remains in impeccable condition.
Mild steel products
Our mild steel products are recommended for inland areas only. In order to avoid corrosion, these items should be used in covered / protected areas. We provide a 1-year guarantee against corrosion if used correctly.
